Once your order has been submitted via our website, you will receive confirmation via email. Please provide appropriate contact details as we may need to contact you regarding your order. All orders must be paid for in full before goods are despatched. We accept credit card, E.F.T or cheque (please allow 7 days bank clearance.)
We aim to process and despatch your order promptly.
Depending upon where you reside in Australia, please allow 10 working days for delivery. Our preferred delivery method is by Star Track Couriers or Australia Post. Due to freight costs we usually do not ship goods outside Australia.
All claims for damaged stock or stock shortages must be notified via email within 5 working days of receipt of order delivery. We may ask in some cases to provide photo evidence in relation to damages.
Please note that all sizes/designs quoted are approximate and may vary slightly as all goods are handmade.
